Thank you for the reply, unfortunately this did not fix the issue, please see the screenshot of the PHPMyAdmin and see if I did what you suggested. And yes it is Isotope from RocketthemeIs this Isotope template the one by RocketTheme?
https://rockettheme.com/joomla/templates/isotope or a different provider?
It looks like its already enabled - but that's causing the problem I think. In phpMYAdmin, edit the row for Cassiopeia, change the value of "0" to "1" under the "home" and "client_id" columns. Then for the Isotope template, do the same, but change "1" to "0" for both. I think this action basically changes your default template from Isotope to Cassiopeia. Refresh the page with the error, see if it works.
(1 and 0 mean enabled/disabled). If the above doesn't work, reverse the settings back to what they were (use your screenshot for reference).
Note that Joomla 3.10 is pretty much obsolete and out of support. We'd advise migrating to J4 or J5, sooner than later. The RT webpage above indicates Isotop works for J3.9/j4/j5 so it shouldn't be a problem.
